On the skirt track

How nice it is to be able to leave the house with boots, skis on your shoulder, take a walk, and find yourself already on the slopes.
We don't always go skiing in a skirt, but it happens every now and then: between one shift and another, in the daring mornings when we make two runs on the fly before going to work, or after the lunch service at the refuge, when we see the sunset harp among the stone that for us tastes like home and leads us there every day.
